The service at check in and with the concierge were excellent. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was great. The location was great. We loved it that they gave us a birthday cake in our room at check in as it was a really special birthday. We really liked the live music in the bar on the friday night. We really appreciated the restaurant recommendations, in advance and also whilst there. We liked it that the hotel arranged our guided walking tour (which was great) and also booked in all of our restaurants. We loved Claudio's service when we had our breakfast, it was really busy but he didn't make us feel at all rushed and took the time to chat to us and ensure we had everything we needed.

Location is excellent; it locates the heart of Brussels attractions, it is the focus of all around. The staff are absolutely more than perfect, especially Marc, and Haluk and some others sorry I did not their names. Although we met with big problems with our vehicle which disrupted our rest journey, however, the luciest thing was I chose this hotel, because of the staffs and their nice and professionalism of service. 5 stars for recommending the hotel, for their service and for the locations.

This hotel was exceptional! The location couldn’t be better: one block from the Grand-Place and one block from Mannekin Pis, and near stores and restaurants, just perfect to walk around. The room was really comfortable, king size beds are not easy to fin in Europe. Good size, super clean, fluffy pillows, modern barhroom etc The staff was extra helpful, the concierge super nice!! Beautiful decor, delicious restaurant Bocconi and the bar was a nice place to have a drink surrounded by celebrity pictures who had been there. Loved this hotel!

We arrived to find the foyer packed as a party from a river cruise had just turned up Many suitcases in the hall Good to see that they are running a successful hotel. Staff were very good indeed Check in and reception hand picked for the job and very capable and friendly

The hotel is located in a historical part of Brussels, just a 5-minute walk from the Grand' Place. The sheer luxury here is evident in the facilities, and in the welcoming and pleasant staff that make the stay even better. The friendliness of the outdoor staff, receptionist, concierge, and food and beverage staff is outstanding, and never for a moment made us feel anything but a friendly welcome. The hotel is charming, and very luxuriously appointed. The Hotel's Ristorante Bocconi served up very good cooking and again, a most engaging and helpful staff. Combine all of these amenities and the location and it is an unbeatable, if expensive, choice for a grand stay in Brussels.

The location was great; staff truly superb The consierge was so helpful in getting me reservations. The whole facility is so well maintained; excellent dinner in the dining room (Bococo)

first of all we loved the location.a few meters from the main square and from all the restaurants and coffee. secondly , the staff.all of them were so very nice smiling and helpful,starting with the reception ,concierge,dinning room and valley. our room was nice and comfortable,with enough space for everything . breakfast was nice overall.

The location is fantastic in the city center. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Our favorite was the breakfast restaurant crew. They knew our names, and how we liked our eggs and was such a fun bunch.
